Filò is our elegant restaurant. Here our chef will prepare for you a la carte menu, different every day, where you can find the best proposals from traditional Italian cuisine dishes and also regional Mediterranean cuisine.
Special attention is taken to vegetarian customers and also to our small Guests who may have a menu specially designed for them.
The buffet of salad vegetables and hors d'oeuvres are finely organised.
Our Jesolo hotel Restaurant, in fact takes part in an interesting project launched in 2007 that uses only certified products and high quality (tomatoes and vegetables) cultivated only in the vegetable patches of our local area and our local farmers, so that we can serve every day the best fresh and genuine dishes.
