Arrival &
departure

When are the check-in and check-out times?

The room is available from 02.00 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

For any special needs, please contact our staff in advance. They will be happy to help and offer their services or a late check out if available.

What happens if I arrive late?

Our staff is on hand to welcome you 24 hours a day. For all bookings guaranteed, the room will be available until 08.00 am on the day after the arrival date.

How can I find the hotel?

All indications are given in the location & arrival section.

Do you have private parking? How much does it cost?

A large outdoor car park is available exclusively for guests, next to the hotel and it is free of charge. The car park has an electronic access card and 24 h video surveillance.

Are there discounts or special prices for guests?

We have a lot of discounts and special prices strictly reserved for guests. For detailed information please contact our reception staff.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

We welcome your four-legged friends (for a fee of € 20 / not including food). Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in our restaurant, at the pool and in the gym.

Is there WiFi in the hotel? How much does it cost? 

Yes, free and unlimited WiFi is available in every room and throughout the hotel.

What is included in the cost of the rooms?

The room price includes: buffet breakfast, LCD satellite TV, Sky Vision Gold, electronic combination safe, heating and air conditioning, minibar, WiFi in your room and throughout the building, use of the swimming pool and the private beach with sunbeds and beach umbrella, bicycle rental, reserved parking and VAT (not including tourist tax).

Can I book online?

Of course! Booking online via our website is fast and easy: just enter your dates in the booking window in the top left-hand corner and click “book” to get availability and prices in real time. We also guarantee you the best price: if you find anything better under the same terms and conditions, we will offer you a 10 % discount!

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa). NO American Express.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Your booking is completely safe, as all personal data is crytopgraphed and protected.

Your credit card information (number and expiry date) are required as a guarantee: the hotel reserves the right to check that the card is valid before arrival and ask for authorisation of an amount equal to that charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Bookings will not be confirmed or guaranteed if received with credit card codes that are wrong, missing or invalid.

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

After making your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your stay.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

You can find our booking conditions in the section with our booking information.

What happens if I leave early or I arrive late?

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire period booked. Unless it is a proven special case.

Is breakfast included in the price? 

The buffet breakfast is included in the cost of the room.

What time is breakfast served?

You can enjoy our breakfast buffet from 07.30 am to 10.00 am on our beautiful Terrazza Margarita with sea view.

What time is lunch served? 

Lunch is served from 12.00 pm to 02.00 pm on our beautiful Terrazza Margarita. Our chef is also happy to prepare gluten-free and vegetarian dishes on request.

What time is dinner served? 

Dinner is served in our elegant restaurant Faro, where you can choose from the finest Italian dishes on the à la carte menu. The Faro restaurant is open for dinner from 07.00 pm to 09.00 pm.

On request, you can also reserve a table on the splendid Margarita seafront terrace. Our chef is also happy to prepare gluten-free and vegetarian dishes on request.

How much does the half board cost?

Half board can only be booked for the entire period of stay at a cost of € 20 per person per day.

Rooms

What is the maximum number of people that can stay in a room?

In some room categories, up to 4 people can stay together. Enter your details in the booking form and select the offer that suits you best.

How much does a third bed cost?

For the third and fourth bed, a discount of 10 % to 50 % is provided, depending on the room type selected and the age of the guest.

Can I book a double room for single use?

Yes, if there are rooms available. The price varies depending on the room type.

Are there cots for babies? Is there an extra charge?

Cots are available on request at a surcharge of € 15 per night.

Are rooms available for people with handicaps?

Yes, on the first floor we have rooms that are fully accessible for guests with disabilities. We guarantee barrier-free access to the hotel and all services.

Are there room for smokers?

No, all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, there is a large terrace with tables and chairs where you can smoke.

Services

How much does a sunbed and beach umbrella cost?

Two sunbeds and a beach umbrella are available free of charge per room on our private beach for the duration of your stay.

What does a sunbed by the pool cost?

The sunbeds by the pool are exclusively available to our hotel guests. On request, the sunbeds at the pool can be booked for a fee of € 6 per day.

Do you offer a bike rental service?

Our guests can rent bikes from us (free of charge for the first 2 hours) for excursions in and around Jesolo. You can also rent e-city bikes for a fee of € 30 per day. Discover the more than 150 kilometres of Jesolo Ambient Bike Trails! Children's bikes, child seats and helmets are also available.

Do you offer room service? At what times? 

Yes, room service is available from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm. Room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner depends on the opening hours of the restaurant. There is a surcharge of € 5 per order for room service.

How far is the hotel from Venice?

Hotel Victoria is only 50 metres from the bus stop that takes you to the Punta Sabbioni embarkation point. From here, in a pleasant half-hour motorboat crossing through a calm and enchanting lagoon, you will disembark in Venice, right in St. Mark's Square! At the hotel you can buy bus + motorboat tickets and find all the information you need about Venice, the islands of the lagoon and all the other possible excursions.
