Among the main squares, “Piazza Oberdan” is the centre for Trieste's transport hub and “Piazza della Borsa” is considered the centre of commercial life. From the city it is easy to reach the places in its surroundings such as the beautiful Miramare Castle, the Miramare Marine Reserve and the “Grotta Gigante”. For lunch, the “Osmize” located in the plateau of the Karst are an excellent choice, typical food and wine are never lacking.
